About Maja Blom
Maja Blom is a digital fashion designer whose work explores the intersection of technology, identity, and sustainability. With a background in Fashion & Design from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, where she specialized in Digital Design and completed a minor in Future Materials, Maja combines technical precision with conceptual depth to shape a more innovative and responsible fashion future.
Currently working as 3D Technical Lead at HyperCurve Studio, she contributes to the digital transformation of the lingerie industry. Her role includes developing hyperrealistic 3D garments and leading the creation of LINGERIElearning, an educational platform that translates complex digital workflows into accessible learning experiences for brands and manufacturers.
Maja’s creative practice is guided by curiosity and craftsmanship. Through projects like Digital Traces, an award-winning exploration of digital identity, and Illusion, where she experimented with 3D tailoring and body scanning, she investigates how digital tools can expand the boundaries of fashion design.
On this website, you’ll find a selection of Maja’s work that highlights her process of blending physical and digital design and her ongoing research into how fashion can evolve as both a sustainable practice and a medium for self-expression.
